This year marks a special milestone for Tenant Representation Services (TRS) – 25 years in business.
When I established TRS in 2001, the vision was simple: to provide truly independent advisory services to office tenants and help them achieve better leasing outcomes. I’m proud to say that, 25 years on, we have remained committed to that same purpose.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with many outstanding people. I’d particularly like to acknowledge long-standing team members Mark Lockwood (18 years) and Kelly Hovorka (12 years), whose dedication, expertise and client focus have played a crucial role in our journey.
I’d also like to recognise the many marketing, administration and finance team members who have supported the business. Their contribution behind the scenes has been invaluable, and many have become genuine friends.
Most importantly, I would like to sincerely thank our clients for your loyalty, trust and ongoing support along the way. Without that support, this milestone would not have been possible.
I would also like to acknowledge the broader property market – including agents and landlords – whose professionalism and engagement have helped contribute to many successful outcomes.
Reaching 25 years is a reminder that lasting success is never achieved alone. It reflects the contribution of many good people across a wide range of professions and relationships, and for that I am truly grateful.
