The Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) is one of the three legally recognised professional bodies for accountants in Australia, with some 40,000 members and students.
TRS has partnered with IPA on several occasions to help them negotiate their lease renewals and find new office space.
IPA’s offices comprise space for executives and admin staff as well as training rooms.
In this instance the IPA was renewing the lease on their Sydney office and wanted to create the greatest leverage to maximise savings.
TRS was able identify a number of suitable space options in various sizes, which we then used as leverage to negotiate an attractive deal for the IPA.
