To enhance our service to tenants, TRS has invested significantly in process development and web based proprietary software that is specifically designed only for tenants.
The OPEX Solution© is now owned and controlled by a separate legal entity and the product is only licensed to TRS. To ensure client security the entire system is housed within Macquarie Telecom's Data Centre in Sydney.
OPEX enables open communication and transparency throughout the Transaction Management process and comprises two key elements:
- The SPACE Solution
- The FINANCE Solution
We offer tenants the opportunity to define their space requirements using our web based Space evaluation tool that considers the latest design standards for all commercial office fit outs.
The Space model provides a range of reports indicating the exact area of space to lease.
We understand that tenants wish to review financial transactions in detail and with clarity to make the correct decisions with confidence prior to signing a lease. Our programme is a powerful tool that has successfully informed many tenants of the "transparent" and "true" costs involved in expensive property leasing transactions.
The Finance model provides a range of reports indicating the most cost effective solutions and guidance in relation to negotiations and meeting tenant's fiscal requirements.
